As the Crust Bartender you will be responsible for delivering prompt, tailored service to each of our guests, ensuring the highest quality of cocktails and service to every guest, every day.

  Ownership- Having a ownership mindset behind the bar. Always ensuring our cocktail preparations, batches, tailored service, and bar operations are meeting company standards.
• Bar Operations: - Delivering outstanding service to all patrons. Batching & garnish preparations and presentation of craft cocktails, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards. - Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the cocktail menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Team mentality: Collaborate with the beverage team to develop cocktails specials using discontinued spirits.
• Neat, Clean & Organized - Ensure that The Crust Bar is ALWAYS Neat, Clean, & Organized. This is one of our core values. Very important to us.
• Attention to M. A. L. T. - Music, Atmosphere, Lighting, and Temperature are all a part of the vision. Pay close attention to these areas and always ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
