Hyatt Regency Bellevue, set in downtown Seattle's Eastside, features a high-tech conference center with over 70,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a sloped auditorium and executive boardroom. Our guests can host a convention, trade show, or reception in our stunning, divisible 17,745-square-foot Grand Ballroom and 13,755-square-foot Evergreen Ballroom.

The Event Services Supervisor is responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include oversight of the general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. This person may assist in scheduling required staff for banquet functions.

This is an hourly position with compensation ranging from $17-$18.21.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull up to moderate weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Must have previous Supervisor experience in Serving, in Banquets is preferred.
