Job Position: Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and driving growth for our innovative products. Your creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop inbound and outbound strategies for demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Execute campaigns, including creative briefs, creative development, copy, and deployment across channels (email, web, social, etc.)
- Campaign reporting and analysis to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage the company's website and ensure content is current, optimized for search engines, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Assist with planning and executing product launches, promotional activities, and trade shows.
- Own the content strategy to support demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Create high-quality content for marketing channels, including blog posts, case, studies, social media posts, and other innovative opportunities to educate and engage our audience
- Optimize website content for SEO and complete website changes and updates
- Design high-quality graphics and content for various marketing platforms (web, email, social, collateral) that adhere to brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop
- Experience with HubSpot or other comparable email campaign software
- Strong understanding of WordPress and Google Analytics
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and be resourceful
