We are looking for individuals who have previous experience with Auto Glass installation and the ability to complete installs with little to no help . Starting pay depends on experience and skill level . The technician we are looking for is someone who is reliable, a leader, takes pride in their work, possesses problem solving skills, demonstrates excellent customer service skills, has a strong work ethic, is a team player, possesses great communication skills with employees and customers, is highly attentive to detail, and punctual.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Automotive Glass
Valid driver's license and insurance
Must have your own reliable vehicle to get to work (A company van is provided to use during work hours to transport from job to job)
Must be able to lift windshields and sometimes heavy objects up to 50lbs
Must be able to stand for long periods during the repair of a vehicle
Must be able to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently
Comfortable working outside in a variety of weather conditions
Duties and Responsibilities:
Professional appearance and attitude towards our customers
Effectively prioritize and manage your time to complete assigned daily tasks
Repair and replace auto glass according to specified procedures
Avoiding damage to customer property
Follows proper repair and replacement procedures, including cleaning up of the customer's vehicle and work station
Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of supplies needed to perform glass replacement/repairs in company vehicle
Keep company vehicle clean and equipment in vehicle properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each job assignment
Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
