Being an ATM Service Technician is responsible for reporting all problem resolutions to support agents and supervisor. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, ATM Service Technician typically reports to a supervisor. The ATM Service Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. As a trusted ATM Service Technician I you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving minor hardware and software issues, implementing security protocols, providing technical support to customers, and performing routine maintenance tasks. You will be the face of ATM Up as you will visit customer locations, in a company provided vehicle, to replenish cash and media, complete minor repairs, and ensure that the ATM is in good working order and looking like new, prior to leaving the location. The ATM Service Technician I is instrumental in delivering high-quality service to clients and customers. The ideal future team member will be hard working, detail oriented, and possess excellent technical skills; along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
