The Role
The role of our CSA is to be the single point of contact for all our daily operational and servicing needs.
You will enhance the client experience and provide exceptional service, support the firm’s functions, as needed, and serve as administrative and operational support to the team.
This is a full-time client service position with no selling. This associate will help answer the phones, welcome clients to our office, handle service needs, process paperwork accurately, and help schedule appointments. Once (or if) licensed, you will open accounts and handle the routine service requests. You will set appointments with clients and prospects by making outgoing calls or sending emails and letters. Our CSA handles incoming mail, scanning, and online document storage. The ideal candidate will participate in client service meetings as needed and document all client interactions as they occur. Most importantly, you will maintain a robust process for follow-up, serving our clients with urgency, respect, and integrity.
