Associate Dean of Law assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of the college of law. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Law provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Law typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Law typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be an Associate Dean of Law typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Kiswani Law is a boutique family law firm that helps our clients through their pre decree and post decree divorce cases, their pre decree and post decree Allocation of Parenting Rights (i.e. used to be named custody) cases, and is passionate about our Gaurdian ad Litem and Child Representative work. We solely focus on family law, and have a handful of adoption cases. We ensure that our clients are able to resolve their legal difficulties while also getting the most beneficial outcome possible. We are based in Hickory Hills and our office is located near I-294 off of 95th street.
We have a fast-paced practice and we rarely have "slow days." We attribute our excellent reputation and our growth years of great client service and dedicated, loyal teamwork.
