Assisted Living Program Administrator administers the day-to-day operations in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or similar facility. Responsible for maintaining a high standard of care for the residents and ensures proper accommodations. Being an Assisted Living Program Administrator may participate in resident assessments to help identify needs. Implements and monitors safety protocols. Additionally, Assisted Living Program Administrator builds good relationships with residents and their families, and addresses complaints and concerns. Ensures compliance with current local, state, and federal standards and regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Assisted Living Program Administrator typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
