Northpoint is seeking to add one Associate Manager to the Orange County, California office servicing the greater Orange County area. The candidate must hold an active California Real Estate license. The candidate will be provided a portfolio of single-family properties to manage and sell. The candidate can also continue to use their license to sell their own client property as well.
Must be a dynamic individual who is able to cut through details, make solid judgment on often complex situations, be well organized, and have good interpersonal and communication skills with clients.
