GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with a wide range of marketing projects and processes. This includes lead entry into C4C, Marcomm budget admin support, and mailroom coordination.

*MARCOMM is short for Marketing/Communications *

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Sales team in entering leads into C4C and generating contact lists.

• Assist MarComm manager by coordinating dept budget tracking.

• Support MarComm by managing stock for giveaway items, shirts, etc.

• Various data entry and administrative backup duties as required.

• Other duties or projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum level of education required to perform the job at the most entry level for the specific position.

• 1 to 3 years office experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and creative.

• Able to work collaboratively.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Ability to develop an understanding and practice of Nordson values and competencies.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Employee may be required to remain stationary for extended periods of time.

• Employee may occasionally be required to traverse through office and/or manufacturing locations.

• Employee will frequently be required to actively listen and exchange information.

• Employee will be required to observe and assess information received via computer.

• Requires use of computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
