Sales Operations Manager

Type: Direct Hire, 100% in office

About the Role: As a Sales Operations Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our sales operations function. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you'll lead a team of sales operations support staff to ensure smooth execution of critical sales processes. We're looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the sales operations support team in processing Sales Orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date CRM data to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze data to generate insightful reports supporting strategic decision-making by the sales leadership team.
• Manage price books, communicate pricing updates to customers, and support contract negotiations.
• Evaluate inventory levels and demand forecasts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving disputes as needed.
• Develop and maintain training materials for the sales operations team and distributor/sales representative manuals.
• Maintain and report on Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and direction to the sales operations support team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in sales operations or related roles, with a strong grasp of sales methodologies and CRM/ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite required.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, effectively managing team performance.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
