Accountant maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Being an Accountant compiles financial data to aid more senior accountants in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. Assists in analyzing current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Additionally, Accountant typically requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Accountant work is closely managed.     ·     Pulling reports and supporting data for annual audit.
    ·     Monitoring the finance inbox.
    ·     Assisting staff with accounting procedures.
    ·     Assisting with fixed asset and inventory tracking.
    ·      Assisting with donor event reconciliations and estimated FMVs received.
    ·     Seeking opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency of finance related processes and procedures.

    Qualifications:
    ·      Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, accounting preferred
    ·      Critical thinker, organized, and detail oriented
    ·      Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    ·      Excellent written and oral communication skills
    ·      Discretion and confidentiality
    ·      CPA certification preferred
    ·      NetSuite experience preferred
