Requirements and Responsibilities

VP of Internal Communications is responsible for leading the overall development and implementation of all internal communication programs within an organization. Defines and prioritizes team needs, manages initiatives, and leads the content strategy. Being a VP of Internal Communications oversees the creation and implementation of all internal communication programs. Ensures all internal communication delivers desired outcome and meets organizational objectives. Additionally, VP of Internal Communications provides strategic guidance and support to senior leadership. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The VP of Internal Communications manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives.
