Resident Care Manager
Resident Care Manager manages the team responsible for assisting residents with daily activities in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or similar facility. Coordinates, supervises, and evaluates the care of residents. Being a Resident Care Manager ensures services are delivered in accordance with regulations and professional standards. Communicates with families and medical professionals as needed. Additionally, Resident Care Manager requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Resident Care Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments.
