Requirements and Responsibilities

HR Business Partners Team Leader supervises a team of HR business partners. Monitors the HR consultation and support provided to designated business units. Being an HR Business Partners Team Leader uses working knowledge of the role and the business to support, guide, and develop HR business partners. Assists with defining and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives and key initiatives. Additionally, HR Business Partners Team Leader reviews the analysis of trends and development of workforce plans to resolve issues and make a positive impact on business results. Provides change-management support as needed. Acts as a liaison with other HR functions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The HR Business Partners Team Leader supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an HR Business Partners Team Leader typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
