Requirements and Responsibilities

HR Business Partners Senior Manager leads and manages a team of HR Business Partners. Oversees and monitors the HR consultation and support provided to designated business units. Being an HR Business Partners Senior Manager uses working knowledge of the role and the business to support, guide, and develop HR business partners. Monitors and ensures that HR strategies align with business objectives and key initiatives. Additionally, HR Business Partners Senior Manager establishes procedures to analyze trends and monitor compliance. Develops workforce plans to resolve issues and make a positive impact on business results. Helps develop, coordinate, and implement initiatives, communication, and events between HR business partners and business leaders. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The HR Business Partners Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
