Golf Greenskeeper is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the golf course. Maintains golf course conditions including mowing greens, fairways, and roughs. Being a Golf Greenskeeper performs bunker raking, edging, and general course setup. May be responsible for planting flowers and trees, laying sod, and seeding turf. Additionally, Golf Greenskeeper typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Golf Greenskeeper works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Golf Greenskeeper typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
