Position Objective: The Autonomous APRN plays a vital role in supporting Better Health Group’s (BHG) Management Services Organization (MSO) by assisting affiliate primary care physicians in delivering high-quality care to Medicare Advantage patients within a value-based care model. Assigned to a specific region and clinic network, the APRN will be based in designated clinics each week, where they will: conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs); provide direct medical care to patients; order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop and implement patient treatment plans; and perform chart reviews to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation. This is a safety-sensitive position, as it involves direct patient care and medication administration.
