About the Role Phix Health is looking for a physician (MD or DO) to join us at an outpatient practice in Philadelphia, PA. This is a part time or contract opportunity for up to 20 hours /per week with an opportunity to expand to full time as our practice expands. The locations will vary and may range from Willow Grove to possibly Yardley, PA. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate primary care services for a geriatric and/or disabled patients including comprehensive and focused physical examinations, health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, congestive heart failure
