WTFS also utilizes and incorporates the Teaching Family Model of Care and plans to be a nationally certified teaching family site by 2010. WTFS employs over 200 staff, manages annual operating budget of $8.0 million and has emerged as one of the top provider agencies in west Tennessee. Candidates should have exceptional leadership skills, experience in working collaboratively with a volunteer Board of Directors, extensive knowledge of developmental disabilities, experience working closely with families, fund raising, strategic planning and operating an agency with diverse funding sources.
