Overview: The responsibilities of the Registered Clinical Dietitian is to create a nutrition plan to improve the health, and wellness of senior residents. Duties include, but are not limited to, analyzing a residents health status, goals, and dietary restrictions while maintaining progress and providing educational tools for staff and residents to implement.
