On Site Construction Manager Department: Construction Management Location: Charlottesville, VA Capstone Development Partners is a national student housing developer. We are searching for a local qualified individual with on-site construction experience to serve as our on-site Quality Control Manager ("QCM") at a project location in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Quality Control Manager will work closely with our Construction Manager and Development team to help oversee the Design Builder and other third party consultants to insure their work complies with the project's construction documents. The QCM will support the work of the Construction Manager and will hold parties accountable for performing in accordance with contract documents while also maintaining positive and productive relationships with and between team members.
