The Bartender is responsible for the following: Bartenders are responsible for proper equipment set-up, stocking, organization, cleaning, and break-down of the bar Bartenders are to interact with guests, carefully take, ring, and expedite drink orders Correctly prepare classic and original craft cocktails and libations with proper proportions, ingredients, and build methods Prepare beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks quickly, cleanly, and accurately per JC standards Bartenders must interact with members, guests, and fellow team-members with steadfast tact, graciousness, and good judgment while efficiently executing all core beverage duties.
