A love for good things, respect for tradition, passion for quality and attention to new food trends have always been part of the Veronis family values. The creation of cold cuts for us is an art handed down from generation to generation, constantly enriched with innovation and technology, to bring a world of genuine goodness to the table. We do not want to lose the family identity, which has allowed us to grow says Francesco Veroni, the current President of Veroni. If the family can pass on its knowledge from generation to generation, then the companys ability to respond to market demands increases: the family is the true repository of the companys historical values and the craftsmanship is a synthesis of values, not size. Our story starts in a small grocery shop run by five brothers and located in Correggio, a small town in the heart of the Emilia-Romagna region (Italy). In 1925, the Veroni brothers decided to expand their family business and dedicate themselves to salami production. Today the fourth generation of the family is at the helm of a company that continues to invest in projects that are focused on continuous improvement, the pursuit of quality excellence and the constant balance between tradition and technological innovation. Today, our business is carried out in four subsidiaries and seven production plants in Italy. Those in Langhirano, Gazzata and Borgo Tossignano are in charge of the production for the US market. The production of the different ranges of cold cuts is performed each in a specialised and diversified manner from mortadella to traditional salami to cooked and cured hams. Since 2016 our slicing plant located in Logan Township (New Jersey) has been operating to ensure that the authentic Italian taste reaches US tables.
