Overview: A postdoctoral research associate position is available in the Lacy-Hulbert Laboratory in the Center for Systems Immunology at Benaroya Research Institute. Research in the laboratory focuses on mechanisms of regulation of the innate immune system, and how defects in these processes impact immune mediated diseases such as Systemic Autoimmunity and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Current active projects include studies of integrin activation of TGF-beta in mucosal immunity, mechanisms of host response to viral infections and cellular damage, and regulation of innate immune signaling.
