Director, Continuous Improvement - Biologics **Position Summary** The Director, Continuous Improvement - Biologics is responsible for the maturity and execution of the CI/TCW (The Catalent Way) vision for the Biologics network guided by the Bio Operating norms. This includes building the CI/TCW roadmap, identifying, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators and metrics, deploying new tools, systems and processes that improve operations, delivering CI-specific training, and supporting culture change initiatives. The role will have no direct reports and will work very closely with the Site General Managers and Site CI Directors in the Biologics network.
