Responsible for directing the hotel to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits while providing excellent service to the guest. The General Manager functions as the primary strategic leader of the hotel with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance and sales and revenue generation.
