The Program Manager will work closely with the engineering delivery teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The projects will span a variety of scopes, from in-service improvements to next-generation product development and technology advancements. Oversee the planning and execution of Engineering Development programs. Take accountability for the successful delivery of assigned projects, meeting cost, specification, and timeline requirements. Develop, maintain, and manage the documentation necessary for project delivery. Administer project plans, including Microsoft Project and integration with the overall master schedule.
