Founded in 2003, Specialized Elevator Corporation is centrally located in Southern California in the City of Santa-Fe Springs. We are the largest independent elevator maintenance company in Southern California, operating out of our own 6000 square foot office building. Our company is very well known in the industry, we hand pick future employees based on their experience in the industry; and our field mechanics are all Union Workers. Field employees serve a 5 year apprenticeship though the international union of Elevator constructors. We also provide on the job training and in house monthly classes and our equipment venders offer continuing education classes on an annual bases. Continuing education in the field of elevator maintenance is required by the State of California and we ensure that all our field employees retain their State License. We also sponsor our employees to attend vendor training and seminars to stay current in the industry.
