Advertising copy, the subject matter, form, size, illustrations, typography, and classification are subject to the approval of the publisher. Publisher reserves the right to classify properly or reject advertising. Publisher is not responsible for damage or loss to original material supplied. The advertiser is responsible for checking their ads for errors the first day of publication. Publisher will be responsible for only one incorrect insertion and will adjust the charge only for such portion of an advertisement that may have been rendered valueless by error. All advertising designed by the Shoreline Art Department is soley the property of Shoreline Publishing, Inc. and can not be reproduced in any other publication without a formal request and written permission by Shoreline Publishing, Inc. In contracting for advertising, the advertiser agrees to use advertising exclusively and solely for their own present business. Contract requests must specify a definite beginning date and are subject to the rate card in effect when the contract begins and any subsequent modifications. Payment on all invoices is due within 30 days from date of invoice. To obtain frequency discounts advertisers must contract in advance. Contracts not fulfilled will be rebilled at the appropriate rate for the advertising placed.
