Description Essential Duties Direct and manage projects from beginning to end. Translate the Purchase Work Order and contracted requirements into a clearly defined scope of work, milestones, and detailed tasks. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Reconcile spending with project budget, and recommend subsequent budget/contractual changes where necessary.
