Rocky Mountain Shutters & Shades is one of the largest Hunter Douglas dealers in Denver. We are looking for a full time Installer, with prior window covering experience, to join our team. Our primary focus is taking excellent care of our customers from beginning to end. Qualified candidates will be Hunter Douglas Certified as a Master Installer, Master Shutter Installer and Motorization Specialist. They will have demonstrated experience measuring and installing all types of window coverings in addition to excellent customer service and communication skills. This is an employee position, not a sub-contractor. You will work full time for us and no one else. We supply a late model truck and all tools and we schedule your appointments. All you need to do is measure and install. As a full time, employee, you will receive an hourly wage commensurate with your experience, an incentive bonus for each window covering or shutter installed, six paid holidays a year, Paid Time Off, retirement plan with company match and company paid workers compensation insurance. We provide shirts with our company logo. Most our customers are non-smoking so we prefer a non-smoking installer. The position is primarily a Monday - Friday job but you need to be available to work an occasional Saturday as customers request. You would be based out of our Stapleton location, at 5475 Peoria Street, Suite 4-107. Successful candidates must be dependable, honest, have reliable transportation, be hard working and be able to lift 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis. You must be able to communicate in English with our customers and staff. High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. You must be able to work independently, have some limited computer skills, and be proficient working with your hands and with hand tools.
