Rock Sound Properties (1976) Limited (RSP) is a Bahamian, family owned and operated entity consisting of a group of companies. The real estate division of RSP, which was renamed Eleuthera Real Estate Ltd. in September 2007, offers a variety of real estate services which include commercial rental properties, real estate sales, vacation and long term rentals, appraisals and property management. We are licensed by the Bahamas Real Estate Association as real estate brokers, appraisers, and developers. The Market Place which is the largest, most modern, shopping complex on the island of Eleuthera has been owned and managed by the Rock Sound Properties (1976) Limited Real Estate Division since 1976. Tenants of the complex include A.I.D. (Automotive Store), Sturrups ' Liquor Store, The Market(Supermarket) and Rock Sound Hardware. RSP manages and operates The Market, Eleutheras ' modern, air-conditioned, 6,000 square feet supermarket. The store has fully stocked produce, grocery, deli-meat, dairy and drug store departments. The diversity of products sold at our store is similar to that which the customer would expect to be provided in a full service supermarket anywhere in the world. Additionally for over thirty years, RSP has sold property, vehicle, marine and liability insurance coverage under the umbrella of T. Albert Sands Insurance Agency, representing Royal Star Assurance and Bahamas First General Insurance Company Limited. In April 2004, "Eleuthera Insurance Agents and Brokers Limited" (EIABL) was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of RSP to deal exclusively with the insurance division of the company. In November 2007, the company forged a partnership with British American Financial, expanding its portfolio of products offered to include life and health insurance and other financial services such as mortgages, mutual funds, annuities and pension plans, financial planning and investments.
