Markets include: commercial, industrial, institutional and residential. The widespread capabilities of R&R enable the firm to provide top-notch equipment for any size job. Initially, when the business was started, the focus was on the renting and servicing of permanently installed window cleaning scaffolding equipment. As the years passed, the focus expanded to include facade maintenance equipment design and installations. We are not manufacturers, but we work closely with them to make certain the system matches the building because each facade is different. R&R gets involved from the beginning, during the design and application stages. R&R remains focused, and work until a complete solution is developed and purchased. The end result is a turnkey operation to the owner. Our relationship is initially with the architects, engineers and general contractors; but it goes clear to end user. What separates us from the competition is that we are service oriented; others just push the product, while our main objective is to support the product for its life cycle. This can be seen in our customer base, which includes many clients that have been with us since our inception. Clients rely on trustworthy companies to do a job right; that's where we fit in. In addition to sales and service of permanently installed systems, R&R actively maintains an ever expanding rental division. As the needs of our clients grow, so does the rental fleet.
