DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILTIES Craft Plexiglas screens including cutting, sanding, and buffing parts according to customer specifications. Assemble frame screens according to customer specifications. Cut, assemble, and disassemble extrusion per drawings, customer requirements and SOP's. Closely monitor all tolerances to ensure proper fit with other components such as mirrors and screens. Record production data and properly fill out all associated paperwork per customer requirements and department SOP's. Perform quality inspection for all stages of assembly process and notify Team Lead or Plant Manager of any concerns. Follow testing procedures to validate parts. Mix chemicals, apply coatings, operate saws, build shipping crates, and support other manufacturing areas as required.
