Position Summary The Loan Servicing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the administrative functions related to commercial and residential mortgages, as well as consumer loans. Working within established policies and regulatory guidelines, this individual is responsible for maintaining loan records, managing escrow accounts, processing payments, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. A commitment to delivering outstanding service-both internally and externally-is essential to success in this role. This position is fully in office in Bethesda. The hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Salary is up to $62k and will depend on experience. Candidates must have BANKING INDUSTRY loan servicing experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the disbursement of escrow funds for property taxes and insurance premiums.
