Basic Job Functions: Must adhere to Nucor Rebar Fabrication’s safety programs and standards. Must be able to continue and progress through NRF Estimator Training Program.

Overview: Responsible for acknowledging Request for Quotes (RFQs), reviewing and interpreting technical data, ex., blueprints, overhaul and repair manuals, service bulletins, etc. Creating quotes in accordance with internal procedures, coordinating sub-contract activity, identify replacement parts, material and tooling. Preparing quotes for approval to all levels of leadership, and replying to all related customer service requests in an aerospace environment. Responsibilities: Solid working knowledge of quoting policies and procedures including BOM creation and estimating Effective written & oral communication skills with established interpersonal skills Proficient experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong time management skills and deadline oriented Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks, changing priorities Experience in analyzing data and providing recommendations Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals, tech bulletins, etc. Build long term relation
