Glaza and Ms. Marcy Uribe-Sanchez purchased the Southern California client based of another administrator. The purchase included Defined Benefit Pension Plans, Health and Welfare Plans and other plans and funds of various types. Their business relationship with some of their clients dates back to 1987. We currently provide the following services: Defined Benefit Pension Plan Administration. Health and Welfare Plan Administration for medical, dental, vision and self-funded death benefit plans.
