Summary: Security Shift Manager SUMMARY The Security Shift Manager is responsible efficient daily operation of the security department in accordance with the propertys established policies, procedures, and controls to ensure guest, team member safety and protect Company assets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC. Assists in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the security operations and the coordination of its programs with other departments. Ensures that all security reports are submitted in a timely manner. Assists in the assignment of Security staff to various locations according to job requirements and the officers abilities, skills, and experience. Observes in performance of duties to evaluate efficiency and to detect and correct inefficient work practices. Ensures all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the company are firmly and fairly enforced. Leads investigations.
