Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, maintenance, safety, and staff development for a plant generating over $30M in annual sales. Key Responsibilities: The Plant Manager will manage 50+ employees across production, office, and warehouse functions. Oversee day-to-day operations in the facility, including inventory management maintenance of thermoforms, extruders, and related equipment. Ensure safety, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery of customer orders. The Plant Manager will monitor production metrics, drive continuous improvement, and meet annual performance targets. Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, EEOC, and company standards. Foster a high-morale, team-based culture focused on safety, efficiency, and growth.
