As President of Ohana, Lynne is responsible for general management of the company, including supervision of employees, supervision of company administration, management of intake and referrals; and oversight, as final decision maker, of the performance of all duties as guardian, trustee, personal representative, and attorney-in-fact. Her Master's Degree in Business Administration, earned through the University of Washington Executive MBA program in 1997, contributes to her ability to manage a solid organization. Lynne obtained her certification as a professional guardian at the inception of the certification program, in 2000. She co-chaired the first state-wide mandatory training for guardian certification, and participated in the development of the training manual.
