The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for advancing the mission, vision, and long-term sustainability of the Rape Recovery Center. This role provides overall strategic leadership and executive oversight of the organization’s brand, operations, finances, public policy, and personnel. The ED fosters a trauma-informed and equity-centered organizational culture, maintains accountability to donors and grantors, and serves as a public voice and advocate for survivors of sexual violence. This is a full-time exempt salary position with a 40-hour workweek, offering full benefits. The salary ranges from $90,000 - $105,000 + bonus eligible, DOE and follows a Monday to Friday schedule (occasional evening and weekend hours as applicable).
