The Oakdale Credit Union was established in 1953 by a small group of insightful individuals. They realized there was a need for a new kind of financial institution. The kind where "people help people." The credit union's first year of operations recorded 57 members and $3,585.00 in assets. Today we currently serve over 6731 members and have grown to 29.9 million in assets. Although much has changed over the years our original principle for which we were formed has not. More members, more "people helping people." Our members enjoy a better return on their investment and better interest rates on loans due to this philosophy. It is this tradition of sharing and service we look forward to maintaining for years to come.
