Job Description: The Role: As a Director of Transfer Agent Oversight in Asset Management's Treasurers Office, you will be responsible for supporting the oversight program related to the Fidelity Funds Transfer Agent functions. You will interact directly with Fidelity's Transfer Agents to evaluate their operations and system capabilities in order to ensure compliance with Fund policies, and will craft, develop, and implement processes for monitoring operational efficiency. As a specialist on Fidelity's Fund policies, you will work with senior levels of management to either modify current Fund policies or set new policies and will make recommendations on complex, technical operational issues. You will engage with various groups within Fidelity on new products and product changes to ensure appropriate policies, controls and disclosures are in place. Job Description Job Description The Bookkeeper is a part-time, hourly position responsible to oversee the Association’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Regular accounting tasks include such things as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. Additionally, basic Human Resource duties include preparation of new hire documents and maintaining employee folders, mandatory payroll deductions and compliance, Annual Workers Compensation Audit and upkeep of Certificates of Insurance documents for annual audit and disability insurance filings with insurance companies, as necessary. The bookkeeper is the liaison between the outside auditor and the Association and will work with the Association’s Treasurer to maintain accurate Association Accounting records.
