Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead our production team during the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the anodize production operation, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the night shift. The 3rd Shift Supervisor will manage the production team, monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that production goals are met while focusing on continuous improvement.
