My client is a growing general contractor with a strong presence in commercial construction throughout the tri-state. They were just awarded some exciting restaurant fit out projects at a customer that is looking to expand rapidly in 2025. They are looking for a Construction Superintendent that is competent in utilizing Procore and has a strong quick turn around restaurant fit out background . Needed Qualifications + Fast track restaurant fit out experience + Proficient managing construction documentations in Procore Job Description + Assist with managing all phases of a project including planning, design, construction, FF&E, technology, and occupancy + Compile project budgets and schedules + Read and understand documents defining project, including but not limited to: agreements, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and drawings + Review design documents, scope of construction, and create preliminary construction budgeting + Prepare project status repor
