Job Description Job Description Job Duties: The main task for this position is to work with submitting for pre-authorization, working with pending and denied claims and appeals, resubmit to insurance companies with further documentation and receive insurance payment. This position will also involve patient financial communications and patient scheduling for procedures. Reviews chart documentation for correct coding and billing. Determines insurance eligibility, predetermination, documents authorization and monitors authorized visits. Submits claims, post insurance payments, post patient payments and monitors payment plans.
