To make the company run in a productive manner, proper steps of design and coordination from fabrication to installation must take place. Our complete fabrication shop is well equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, which allows M&R to ensure the manufacturing of high quality precision sheet metal products. We maintain a large inventory of raw materials including coils, sheets, angles, rods, and acoustical liner. Our shop is supported by computerized coordination, purchasing and warehousing operations, along with a fleet of trucks, trailers, properly equipped to handle materials. We fabricate in excess of 5 million pounds of sheet metal products annually. Our in-house capabilities to produce ductwork, fittings, spiral pipe, casings, plenums, accessories and specialties enable us to meet demanding schedules, custom specifications and special designs while ensuring quality. The sheet metal shop also provides a variety of specialty items. We employ an experienced staff of supervisors, journeypersons, apprentices and certified welders. Our sheet metal shop operation is streamlined by using many standardized fabrication methods while maintaining our ability to be flexible to meet differing projects and customer requirements.
