Overview: Brief Job Description: Under general supervision, the Lifeguards primary responsibility includes guarding the pool, ensuring the safety of all patrons, enforcing the pool rules, maintaining cleanliness and sanitary conditions around the pool facility and implementing the emergency protocols as needed. This position is also responsible for administering aquatic programs and activities as set forth by the Department, including teaching swim lessons, coaching the youth swim team, supervising group swim activities, and assisting with other aquatic activities. Lifeguard POAH Communities is currently seeking a Lifeguard for Brandy Hill Apartments. This position will work on a temporary basis for up to 40 hours a week, Memorial Day through Labor Day 2025. Work week would include two days off (i.e., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday).
