The Outpatient Therapist will provide individual, family and/or group therapy to children, adolescents and adults. The Outpatient Therapist’s main objective is to assist the individual in gaining independence and managing mental health and/or behavioral needs. Summary of Essential Position Functions Provides direct therapeutic counseling services to children, adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health and/or behavioral diagnoses. Completes clinical documentation and reports including contact notes, treatment plans, client outcome questionnaires, discharge summaries, and intake assessments as needed.
